• Prepare monthly budgeting / consolidation accounts / financial reporting / schedules of listed groups and subsidiaries
• Assist to handle result announcement, interim & annual reports in compliance with HK listing rules
• Liaise with external auditors in connection with audit process and assist in handling all taxation related issues
• Report to Financial Controller and handle full set of books and accounts
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with a recognized professional account qualification in HKICPA or equivalent
• Working experience in sizeable audit firm or listed company preferred
• Solid knowledge in the HKFRS & HKAS and taxation reporting requirements in Hong Kong & PRC
• Familiar with MS office applications
• Experience in using Peachtree system is an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a well-organized manner
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to cope with a fast-paced working environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
