Primary Responsibilities: 

• Support the APAC division Commercial Organization through Sales Reporting, Proforma Development, Commercial MBR and QBR reporting as well as any additional ad hoc requests for information from the division Leadership team.
• Manage the monthly closing process. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package, for submittal to corporate.
• Manage the Annual budgetary process. Assist management team to develop. Prepare and distribute the monthly variance report / analysis to the management team. Advise management with budget risk and opportunities.
• Prepare the financial progress of all business initiatives. Continuously identify opportunities to improve profitability of the business.
• Provide customer segment sales, margin, profitability and profitability analysis.
• Produce reports designed to highlight current performance opportunities and identify gaps to drive growth. In addition to standard reporting mechanisms, develop tools which can be used on an ad-hoc basis to produce actionable insights.
• Work closely with division  APAC marketing team, Group Commercial Team and Group Finance team. 
• Manage all functions as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Global Commercial finance team regarding HFM, Data Warehouse, CRM and SAP projects.
• Identify enhancements to improve effectiveness for finance/commercial users

• Minimum Bachelor Degree education in Finance or Accountancy equivalent 
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a MNC environment 
• Regional financial planning & analysis and consolidation experience required
• Good commercial sense and able to navigate through matrix organization 
• Good communication and presentation skills 
• Good analytical skills and highly proficient in Excel 
• Self motivated and result driven 
• Willing to be hands on with analytical work
