• Responsible for the full-suite of accounting functions and internal control for the group
• Overseeing company production (operation) in South East China
• 5 days work in Science Park, Shatin

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for the group companies
• Daily operational & accounting duties including invoicing, payment verification & processing, product costing, project costing, time sheet management, cash related transactions, payroll, MPF and taxation arrangement
• Administrative functions i.e. oversee IT and warehousing operations
• Experiences in production, trading, taxation, import procedure between Hong Kong and China
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, project financial and capital expenditures. Collect, interpret and review financial information. Provide financial insight and advice
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Streamline process controls in financial areas to ensure financial reliability
• Provide management information to department managers to allow them to make informed decision
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling tools
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Implement company’s policies and procedures in accordance to management’s requirements
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by COO and CFO

Requirements

• Qualified CPA, experience in Big 4 and MNC environment or listing company
• 6 years (post qualification) in related area
• A minimum of 3 years’ must be in the area of Financial Planning and Analysis
• Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
• Post IPO experience is required, and good understanding of Hong Kong listing rules
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Highly detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently
• Able to travel to China occasionally
• Immediate available would be an advantage
