• To ensure that all Finance, Procurement & Compliance procedures are well maintained and consistent with the level of compliance expected by AstraZeneca
• Contribute to give business profits on Finance activities both directly (cost savings) and indirect (other value add) as well as compliance activities
• Manage Finance activities regularly for expense, capex, inventory and non-inventory categories in accordance with established procedures
• Synergize with all system owner to ensure that transactions on SAP are accurate with the approved value.
• Build good relationships with internal customers (system owner), external customer (suppliers) and effective communication, and provide technical assistance to all users if required related to Finance & Compliance
• Conducting management of Finance in accordance to the policy, procedures, and the level of compliance that has been set
• Involved in the preparation of monthly financial statements, FMC, RBU, LRP & PB
• Involved in reviewing FCAS, Site Risk Register (BCP, IRM) and  Site Compliance
• Ensure, perform and monitor related payment process to ensure that the payment is received by a third party within as an agreed time frame
• Identify continuous improvement to achieve Finance targets, realize desired levels of compliance and simplify work processes to create a good place to work
• Monitoring and communicate regularly with system owners to follow up Open PO & Open GR in accordance to data from GFO
