For our Electrical Systems & Solutions Division, region Europe, Middle-East & Africa (EMEA), we are looking for a: Finance Manager – Hengelo location As Finance manager, you will be responsible for the financial and accounting tasks and activities of the location in Hengelo. All in accordance with corporate, division and national, policy, procedures and requirements. You master the ledger and the reports and you are able to report clearly about this. All this within a fast, monthly closing cycle. Your main duties: You manage a team of a total of 7 finance professionals that deal with debtor and creditor administration and sub-administration, invoicing of projects and monthly reporting activities or payroll. This with the aim of providing accurate and clear reports and explanations about deviations to your supervisor (plant controller) and other stakeholders. In addition, the payroll administration and a large part of the financial compliance tasks (SOX) also fall under your responsibility. You are an important point of contact during (financial) audits. In addition to the regular activities, you will also participate in project groups and contribute to process improvements.
