PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead the preparation of standard legal and group costs set up and maintenance in SAP/ BPC for statutory/ performance recognition and pricing support
• Provide reports on actual costs vs estimates & identify underlying reasons for any variance & resolutions, in particular highlight, challenge & resolve variance to latest plans/ outlooks
• Manage partners on proposal budgetary assistance, provide guidance and assistance as needed and review their plan/ outlook submissions for accuracy and completion
• Review logistics agreements and modifications to ensure appropriateness of planning and outlook methodologies
• Supervise and review plan/ outlook and cost application documents prepared by junior staff
• Provide trainings on costing and share knowledges on supply chain flows to finance colleagues across multiple functions
• Be an active team player in a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders located in different geographic locations and time zones
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with an excellent academic record
• 10+ years progressive experience in costing management, preferably as a costing manager in an international manufacturing/distribution organization
• Fluent English communication in professional writing, reading and conversations
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership and history of driving process improvement
• Ability to lead, motivate and support accounting team
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-accounting professionals
• CPA is a plus
