Job Responsibilities

• Take care of the finance system and foreign communication, as well as financial support for overseas branches;
• Establish and enhance the fiscal mechanism, and supervise its implementation and standardization;
• Assist the management level to monitor the operation and control the budget;
• Take the responsibility for capital plan and allocation;
• Analyze and check each finance statement;

6. Communicate and coordinate with government, tax administration, bank and accounting firm;

7. Ensure the finance personnel management and team building;

8. Deal with other assignment by the management level;

Qualifications:

• Full-time bachelor degree, certificate of higher-level economist, accountant or certified public account (the priority of overseas degrees and certificate);
• Finance work experience for more than ten years to undertake all fiscal and audit responsibilities, and proper appraisal of business in time;
• Understanding of laws and provisions relevant with national and international finance, tax, audit and so on;
