Position:

Finance Manager

Job Description:

1. Managing and coordinating monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecast processes.

2. Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues, SOX, Corporate audit

3. Reconciliation between audit report and satutuory report

4. Improve daily operation flow

5.Coordinate with CPA/auditors,and review annual financial report, tax return and TP report.

6.Driving working capitial and financil resul to achieve the goal

7.Provide variance analysis and meet regional and local managment team requirement

8.Review staff entry and reports to make sure accurate financial result

9.Handling / consolidate financial report from 2 systems in Oracle and SAP

10.communicate with colleagues across the business

11.Handling GAAP adjustmnet to meet US GAAP

12. Guide and provide advise to teams.

13.Contract review
