Playing a lead role in finance and accounting functions

Preparing financial and management reports for management's and shareholders’ review

Preparing budgets and forecasts for the companies within China

Performing financial analysis of business units and preparing cost reports

Establishing and implementing financial policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures

Implementing accounting system and internal control processes

Liaising with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensuring that the Company meets and complies with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirements

Liaising with bankers on treasury related matters and tax consultants on tax issues

Liaising with local authorities on taxation, annual examination and related matters

Conducting budgetary control, credit control, tax and cash management

Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

任职要求：

Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent

At least 8 years' relevant experience in multinational company

Familiar with China tax and accounting standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Written and spoken English and Mandarin are required

Experience in real estate industry will be an advantage

Possessing a high level of integrity, independence, and strong analytical and communication skills
