Job Description

A leading solar company in HK is looking for accounting and financing talent to join the team and prepare for future IPO.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general financial matters of the company including book keeping, consolidation, internal & management reporting;

• Handle full set of accounting and report ;

• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting;

• Cash flow forecast and control,

• Liaise with external auditors / consultants on interim / annual audit and tax filing;

• Involve in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance discipline;

• ACCA or HKICPA finalist or equivalent;

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting function in financial/commercial firms or auditor’s firm,

• Able to handle full set of books and consolidated accounting

• able to communicate in Mandarin,

• Good communication skills, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word or any accounting software

• Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Manager
