Job Description
As a Finance Manager in the Financial Planning and Business Development team, this manager is important in assisting the team in delivering the planning and forecasting of the company's financial performance and reporting to both Disney and HK Government. In addition, this manager is required to facilitate the reporting on capital planning by working through the Project Finance. With this, the scope of this Finance Manager role includes: Financial Planning, Consolidation of Operations Finance, Financial Reporting submission, Capital Planning, Cash Flow Projection and support Board of Directors meetings and handle queries from Government shareholders in all financial matters.

- Manage the team in delivering monthly results and forecasting deliverables:
- Prepare variance analysis, forecast and handle all regular management, segment and board reporting
- Handle financial queries from various business departments.
- Monitor financial performance and highlight key opportunities and challenges to senior management
- Review and advise capital forecasting. Supervise and manage the team in preparing variance analysis and handle all regular management, Disney and board reporting.
- Supervise and manage the team in prepare monthly and quarterly cashflow forecast in collaboration with Controllership.
- Work closely with financial reporting and internal control teams to implement the control and execute HKDL financial policies.
- Staff development, supervision and coaching to the team.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business related discipline
- CPA or CFA with minimum 8 years’ Financial management & accounting experience
- Strong financial planning background and a deep understanding of the various operating areas and business units within the segment
- Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and strategic thinking skills and ability to translate a concept into the financial elements and explain to multiple stakeholders within the organization
- Strong relationship builder
- Demonstrated business savvy and confidence to interface with all levels of Cast
- Ability to create, lead, and present Executive level presentations
- Understanding of company hierarchy
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong system skills, preferably SAP
- Self-motivated, independent and with high integrity
- Good track record of transferring skills and people development
