The client is a European affordable luxury brand with developing strategy in China.

• Supervise the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash application.
• Prepare statutory tax returns.
• Make payments of payroll, variables and staff liquidation.
• Prepare the accounting closures and analyze the results to verify that everything is correct for the purposes of Reporting
• Ensure that administrative financial information is accurate and in accordance with company policy
• Supervise and present annual budgets and financial projections in the short and long term
• Keep control of internal audits and attention to external audits
• Lead coordination with external entities for the supervision of fiscal and financial issues
• Implement procedures to ensure that all company financial policies are adequate and internal controls are established
• Supervise the activity and budget of the IT and human resources area.
• Manage and supervise office procedures, purchase of material, internal work processes, contact with suppliers, logistics, etc.
• Train, motivate and give support to the team.

• University degree
• Minimum experience of 5 years as Administrative Head, General Manager or General Accountant.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax and commercial law
• Domain of international accounting regulations
