This role provides critical support for Strategic financial business for US Facial Aesthetics. This includes: Lead the planning process for LBE, LRP and Plan and build out forecasting and revenue reporting models for Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm Collection, and Kybella brands in the US market Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear and concise for Executive level review and approval Responsible for leveraging primary and secondary research insights, the Alle loyalty program data and team inputs to build accurate, actionable, and evidenced-based forecasting models Produce analogues, formulate assumptions, identify information/knowledge gap and data/research needs, and define opportunities and risks associated with the forecast. Identify enhancements and/or execute enhancements to forecast model and inputs Perform analytics on promotional programs that drive the businesses to enhance the market growth and share assumptions Work with multiple key stakeholders cross-functionally to align revenue forecast assumptions on a monthly basis Provide monthly revenue reports for VP, Facial Aesthetics and the FA leadership team tracking performance vs. targets and parse out the variance drivers (Share / growth / channel / price / churn / frequency) vs the forecast assumptions Understand impact of competitive entrants into the market with rigorous analysis on market growth and share Decision Support/Special Projects – provide ad-hoc analyses that lend insight into key business drivers enabling senior management to adapt more appropriate tactics/strategy to meet the Plan/LRP objectives Ensure production plans are aligned to the commercial forecasts Qualifications 5-7 years of work experience in forecasting, marketing sciences, strategic consulting or other analytical work in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Experience with patient flow forecasting, time series forecasting, regression models, simulation and other quantitative forecasting methodologies Has worked with various secondary and primary data sources in either Pharma/Biotech or CPG industry (IMS, Claims, SHA, AC Nielsen) Essential Skills and Abilities Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, including being a team player while also having the ability to partner with and influence others Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and tight deadlines Mature business acumen with ability to work with complex business scenarios Excellent planning, organization, and time management/efficiency skills Ability to handle and quantify large amounts of data Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, modeling, and financial systems Attention to detail, sense of urgency Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
