Manage budgets, tracking actual spend and forecasts across all security functions

• Maintain a view of spend across all budget line items, highlighting areas of potential over/under spend.
• Communicate with all function leads and senior managers in all functions regularly to ensure all spend is identified in advance
• Prepare executive reports to clearly indicate budget spend status
• Reconcile reports to ensure all committed spend is tagged to correct budget line items
• Manage total cost of location staff (~150) to ensure everything is accounted for, including travel, entertainment, vendor fees, tax etc and provide regular forecast for year end.
• Assist project managers to track and forecast project spend for major projects,
