Client Details

Our client is a well-established HK listed company with a diversified of businesses, they are now looking for a Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager to support the Finance Operations.

Description

Directly report to CFO, you will be leading a team to support the group level finance operations, your role will be all-rounded including daily operation, month-end closing, preparation of annual report, budgeting, cash flow forecast, analysis, and treasury etc. In addition, you will be dealing with auditors and preparing tax computation as well as tax filling for holding and subsidiaries.

Profile

You should have at least 10 years of working experiences in finance and accounting from HK listed companies with solid exposure in finance operations. You should also need to be good in stakeholder management and communication to deal with both internal and external stakeholders as well as the group's subsidiaries. Qualified CPA is preferred but not a must. Mandarin and English speaking are essential.
