JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Review PRC GAAP KINGDEE GL vouchers;
• Review and post US GAAP weekly package, ADI entry, ORACLE vouchers etc.;
• Review freights collections of ocean freights, local charges and AR collections in ORACLE;
• Review depot charges, port charges and international transshipment charges payments;
• Review VAT files in on-line tax system;
• Review Bank and Cash reconciliations;
• Review Balance Sheet items reconciliations;
• Review vendors and customers lists;
• Assist external annual audit;
• Assist annual internal audit, SOX audit and FCPA audit;
• Other tasks;

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 10 years’ finance and accounting working experience;
• More than 3 years’ manager working experience;
• Open, good working attitude, good team leader and member;
• Be good at KINGDEE & ORACLE;
• English could be working language.
