The role 

We are looking for an engaging Finance Manager to join our Service & Finance Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an important and exciting role in our business, in which the successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Marketing and Category teams to help drive improved business sales and profit performance, monitoring performance against agreed plans and forecasts. 

 

Reporting to the CFO, some of your key responsibilities would be:

• Measuring Sales & Profitability performance against plans
• Working with the Marketing director to help set, manage, and measure strategy
• Working with the Marketing & Category leadership team to ensure best in class finance support Is provided
• Develop and own the process to produce an Integrated 3-year plan that considers category, portfolio and customer trends & strategies and delivers on our value creation strategy & commitments
• Periodic and quarterly commentary on our segment performance

 

What are we looking for?

• CA/CPA Qualified is preferred
• FMCG experience is preferred, but not essential. Commercial experience required.
• Relationship building skills & experience in stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical skills
• Drive for results, an eagerness to learn & grow, and the confidence to have robust conversations
