Finance Manager – New Role (Part-Time) Based in Marlow, UK (hybrid working) 3 days per week Unique part time opportunity within our International Finance team, with excellent benefits and bonus package Role Overview: New part-time vacancy required due to high growth of the business, reporting to Executive Finance Director within the International Allergan Aesthetics organisation. As a Finance Manager, you will be collaborating with Area, International and Global Finance leadership, to align on finance deliverables within key timelines. Support the line management of 2 Finance Analysts, and act as a partner to the business and ensure continuous improvement, to drive efficiencies and initiatives to improve the quality of insights to the business. Key Responsibilities: Critical review of the consolidation of monthly forecasts, quarterly reports, yearly budgets and Long-Range plans. Drive the consolidation of the Areas forecast and budget submissions to Global Analysis of the key metrics for International business area, outside of US, in Allergan Aesthetics, across each of the brands Lead the preparation of International Consolidated Books for all the planning process, with special focus on the yearly budgeting cycle; Oversee the FP&A planning processes, forecasts, budgets and reporting, to drive integrated financial planning Identify and lead on projects to develop new ideas and implement improvements in financial processes. Implement and support best practices sharing across regions/functions Line manage to lead and engage employees, providing clear expectations and support Ensure capabilities and capacity to provide coaching and development planning to ensure employees can reach their highest potential Qualifications Critical to the success of the role will be the job holder’s ability to: Demonstrate experience as a Finance Business Partner to commercial functions, as a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) and preference for Degree qualification (or equivalent experience) Build positive working relationships internationally, engaging collaborative across cultures Partner with global teams and demonstrate a commercial mindset, be able to challenge and make positive contributions Responsive, proactive and be highly organized Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Part-time Job Level Code M Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
