职责描述:

Reporting

+ Understand both onshore and offshore structure, and fund level reporting and relevant

consolidation requirements

+ Review offshore level consolidations to ensure accuracy from a technical perspective

+ Provide assistance on the review of local books closing and outsourcing services

+ Maintain and update monthly financial reporting package (projects) to align and control

reporting practices

+ Prepare and maintain proper reconciliations and tracking of key financial accounts (up to

offshore consolidation level in USD), including but not limited to:

o Development project costs

o Investment property costs and valuations

o Taxation (onshore and offshore taxes, including current tax and deferred tax)

o Schedules to track capital structure and cash position

o Relevant Fair Value adjustment and GAAP adjustments

o Relevant schedules for costs wash up and Development Performance Fee calculation

+ Keep update on IFRS and HKFRS development, ensure impact on change in accounting

policies would be properly taken up

Acquisition and Disposal Transactions

Provide assistance on:

+ acquisition and disposal transactions, from due diligence process to closing of the deals

+ relevant Fair Value adjustment and GAAP adjustment at acquisition and disposal up to

offshore consolidation level

Others

+ Work closely with the finance team in Hong Kong and all other departments on all finance

related issues

+ Any other tasks that is assigned by supervisor from time to time

任职要求:

Competencies: (knowledge and soft skill requirements.)

+ Good written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin

+ Good communication skill

+ Strong accounting technical skill in relation to complicated consolidation involving multicurrency and onshore / offshore structure

+ Customer service focus

+ Initiative and problem solving

+ Interpersonal and respect for others

+ Sharing Knowledge and teamwork with effective leadership

+ Understanding of the company’s business activities and initiative

Skills & Qualifications: (education, experience and technical skills required of this position)

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration

+ Minimum 10 years relevant experience

+ Previous working experience in Big 4 and sizable MNC is a MUST

+ Experience in property industry is preferred

+ Strong technical knowledge and good understanding on complicated multi-currency

consolidation, acquisition and disposal transactions and business combination

+ Flexible, responsive and able to manage a diverse set of demanding priorities

+ Good spreadsheet and consolidation skills

+ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
