This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Lead the month end closing process, perform balance sheet and profit and loss statement reviews to ensure accounting and reporting accuracy;
• Comply with PRC and US GAAP and prepare for the statutory and internal audits and ensure timely submission of the annual statutory reports;
• Enhance internal controls; including SOX documentation, site approval matrix setup and lead the finance and site teams to prepare for internal audit, finance functional review;
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management for business analysis and decision making;
• Lead the Annual Profit Plan;
• Focus on working capital improvement by improving inventory turnover rate, accounts payable DPO and support plant operation to continuously improve H5 KPIs;
• Provide a robust variance tracking and analysis on sales, direct costs and departmental expenses, provide support to all departments on the cost control, and help drive the cost reduction and productivity projects at site;
• Manage hiring, training and development of business financial staff, establish a work environment that encourage individual career development and growth in order to provide adequate and qualified professionals with opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Education level required：Bachelor’s degree, major in finance/accounting, master’s degree is preferred
• Years and area of experience required：At least 5-year experience at finance management position
• Technical knowledge：Strong foundation of accounting principles and good knowledge of ERP system   esp. SAP.
• Soft skills：

(1) Strong management and problem-solving skills

(2) Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skills

(3) Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and to meet tight deadlines

(4) Self-motivated, flexible and results oriented
