Siemens are looking for a Finance Manager to join Siemens Real Estate (SRE). We manage the portfolio, optimise space utilisation, oversee operation of our real estate, including all real estate related services, are responsible for letting and sales, and implement all of Siemens' construction projects. Our aim is always to support the strategy of the company and its businesses as best we can, thus creating long-term value. As Finance Manager for the Nordics area, you will have financial responsibility of 10 countries (Netherlands, England, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Baltics, Ireland). You will have a team of 6 across these countries. The preferred location for this role is Sweden or UK; alternatively, a Western European country would be considered. There will be regular travel overseas with this role. Key responsibilities: You will act as a business partner of the managers of Siemens Real Estate management Nordic Area Provide commercial support to Department Heads for real estate topics, in particular customer-specific cases and location concepts Conduct planning and forecasting processes Take responsibility for ensuring the monthly financial statements are in accordance with accounting policies and SRE principles, as well as ensuring accuracy of the financial ratios Complete reporting and controlling activities Ensure implementation of globally defined standards, principles and strategies Identify and manage operational opportunities and risks as well as cost-cutting measures and coordinating and collaborating with the SRE CFO of the local countries What skills and experience will you bring to the role? Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent) University degree in business administration, accounting, economics or equivalent Significant professional experience in a similar position, preferably with a real estate background Experience managing a team High level of communication skills and the ability to manage high-level stakeholders In addition, you bring dynamism, initiative and proactivity Very good English skills round off your profile Siemens recognise that building a diverse workforce is critical to the success of our business.
