The Manager, Finance is responsible for providing financial leadership to Skin Care Business Units (SkinMedica, Diamond Glow, Latisse) in the US and lead Demand planning activities. Foreseen to heavily interact with senior leadership within the Aesthetics organization. Responsibilities: • Prepare and lead Business Units budgeting for Plan, LBEs and LRP in alignment with Finance and Corporate requirements. This includes SkinMedica, Diamond Glow, and Latisse brands. • Interact and support Business Units to ensure alignment on planning assumptions. • Oversee monthly financial reports and packages to the Business Units. • Load and maintain financial Plan and Benchmark in LV and other available systems. • Create, update, and maintain internal consolidation files used to fulfill corporate requirements. • Identify and implement process improvements for the US finance area. • Significant interaction with Aesthetics Senior Management and other AbbVie Organizations. • Present financial data that is clear and concise. • Ad-hoc analysis as needed. • Work jointly with brand leads on demand planning and oversee upstream process into JDA. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 5-7 plus years of finance/accounting experience. •Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. •Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point and proficient in business applications, TM1, SAP and HFM. Power BI a plus. •Must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change to achieve required timelines and can work in team environment. •Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance •Learns and grasps concepts fast and can change course quickly where necessary. •Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo. •Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality.
