• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Over 10 years experience, good in FP&A, accounting, taxation
• 5 - 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, of which 3 years management experience.
• Experience in retail would be advantage
• Good analytical, strategic thinking and strong business sense
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret multiple data points across numerous channels and market segments
• Proven ability to work with and lead a cross functional team
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
• Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
• Ability to make decisions and take calculated risks, organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable
• Excellent in written and spoken in English & Chinese

Job Responsibilities
• Report to County Manager China and dotted line to Regional CFO in HK regional office
• Be a finance leader to be a commercial business partner, not only finance and accounting but also providing commercial insights and advice / risks to the business
• Support the Management in formulating, managing and monitoring the Company’s future direction, tactical initiatives, implementing strategic business plans, financial and tax strategies, capital requests and budgeting process, cash balance and cash forecast and performance measures to support the strategic
direction
• Bring value to business strategy and align the finance and business strategy for China
Identify different business opportunities and potential risks based on various insightful financial analysis to simulate the financial and operational performance of the company
• Lead the finance function of China
• Establish monthly report, quarterly and annual closing as per local/ cooperate requirement and regulations
• Manage the China’s balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity need, capital investment, debt level, credit extension
• Maintenance relationship with banking, tax consultant, auditor, lawyer and finance authorizes
• Preparation of budget as well as planning / forecast
