Duties:
Overviews daily operation of a finance team

Prepares financial analysis, management reports annual budgets

Prepares consolidated financial reports for inter-companies /sub-groups

Formulate financial management policies, accounting procedures and PRC tax planning

Ensure capital operations are compliance with listed company requirements

Provides financial insights and advices top managements

Prepares ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent disciplines

ACCA/CPA/AICPA/CICPA member qualification is required

Minimum 5 years working experience gained in manufacturing industries with PRC background,State-owned enterprises working experience or audit firms

Supervision experience is required

Proficient in MS Office with excellent Excel skill is a required

Advanced skills in ERP (SAP preferred) are required

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Detail-oriented, devoted, independent, and able to work under pressure
