The Finance Manager is a financial leadership role within the Aesthetics US finance team accountable for the overall financial oversight of Alle (Loyalty program). Total budget of 350MM per 2022 to manage in allowances (Alle, Brand Promotions), will partner with several VPs (Digital and Multi-Channel Marketing, Sales Ops, Pricing, Marketing) who oversee the Alle programs. This role would directly partner with Marketing & the Allergan Data Labs (ADL) teams to enable achievement of quarterly Gross-to-Net targets and enhance financial transparency, while staying SoX compliant. Responsibilities: Subject matter expert on data pulls for Alle, including activity at patient, treatment, and product levels. Partner with Brand FP&A support to adequate forecast to latest treatments targets Develop consistent approach to promotions effectiveness (ROI analysis) by promo type. Partner with ADL analytics leadership to develop a consistent approach to promotional campaigns analysis and alignment to the strategy of each business. Work with the ADL organization to support business cases for different promotions. Lead the planning process for Alle Core and Alle promotions (Budget, Monthly forecasts and LRP) Understand systematic controls within Alle as well as their limitations; perform monthly analysis of Dwolla/Stripe payouts to ensure reimbursements are per program and patient promotions rules. Review redemption patterns for large patient offers as well as select provider accounts; work with ADL team to flag suspicious behavior; quantify fraudulent claims at account level and assist program team and Field Sales in recovering funds. Monitor reimbursement patterns for flagged accounts. Support execution of wholistic process to reimburse unclaimed property. Collaborate with the ADL team to prepare data packs for semi-annual escheatment filings. Process journal entries to adjust balance sheet reserves for escheated funds. Support implementation of robust financial controls per AbbVie audit recommendations. Related to Alle the FM will establish effective business relationships within the organization and maintain knowledge of operating divisions and partner together with the overall GTN team to identify and evaluate the organization's risk areas and provide key inputs on how those are to be addressed. Finance lead on Payment platform migration. Support Alle initiatives (Grow, Pay, Subscriptions); provide input on build operational & control environment for each initiative. Staff Development – responsible for delegating to and coaching a staff of (0.5 to 1.5) employees to ensure an optimal level of support to the business and provide coaching and career development opportunities to sustain a high performing staff Develop and maintain a data analysis capability to understand consumer behaviors and become a CoE for consumer data management to provide with reliable and useful data points to improve forecasting and business decision making. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 5-7 plus years of finance/accounting experience. •Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. •Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point and proficient in business applications, TM1, SAP and HFM. Power BI a plus. •Must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change to achieve required timelines and can work in team environment. •Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance •Learns and grasps concepts fast and can change course quickly where necessary. •Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo. •Embraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality. Key Stakeholders: The Finance Manager will interact with several Vice Presidents within the Medical Aesthetics organization included but not limited to, VP of Digital, VP of Sales Ops, VP of Sales, VP of Finance amongst others.
