We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team at Ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street as a part-time Finance Officer.
Shifts are flexible across weekdays to suit the ideal candidate.
What you will be doing
- Accounts Receivable, credit card reconciliations, invoicing and debt collection
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- General Cashiering Duties
- Ensure that policies and procedures set by Accor are implemented and internal controls are operating effectively
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Accountant and Financial Controller
The Candidate
- Experience working in Front Office at Accor or another Hotel is ideal
- Previous experience with Opera PMS is preferred
- Excellent time management skills, can work autonomously and has good initiative
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of numeral accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills
