The incumbent will be deployed to Finance, Information Technology and Corporate Administration department:

Responsibilities:

• To assist in streamline of payment procedure and financial operations
• To assist in preparation of the Bank Reconciliation statement and Issue of Rental Invoice for Arts Space
• To assist in reviewing the banking facilities and exploring new banking services
• To handle any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with 1 year relevant experience, preferably in sizeable organization or Public Organization. Candidates with lesser experience may also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands on experiences with computerized accounting system preferably Flex System
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrate a pleasant character, helpful and team works
• Self-motivated and can work independently under pressure

Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract. Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
