The incumbent will be deployed to Finance, Information Technology and Corporate Administration department:

Responsibilities:

• To perform financial control and payment processing, including but not limited to AR, AP, GL duties and petty cash maintenance
• To prepare financial schedules and assist in management reports
• To assist in systems development and update/review procedural manuals and handbook
• To handle any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy and / or finalist of accounting bodies
• 3 years or above accounting experience, preferably in sizeable organization or Public Organization
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands on experiences with computerized accounting system preferably Flex System
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrate a pleasant character, helpful and team works
• Self-motivated and can work independently under pressure
