Requirements 

• Degree or above holder in Accountancy and Finance or related discipline;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in consolidation or financial reporting or management report
• Prior working experience in Chinese/China-based companies is a plus 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Excel

 Responsibilities

• Consolidation of financial statements
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, consolidating entries
• Coordinate with China office to check PRC accounts 
• Liaise with external auditors and overseas subsidiaries to facilitate annual audit
• Prepare schedules and management reports
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
