Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 1-3 years experience in trade finance department of Bank
• CDCS would be advantageous
• Good knowledge in ICC Rules, UCP600, ISBP (for LCs), URC522 (Collections)
• Fluent English required (both oral and written)
• MS Office, good organiser, numerate, effective communicator

Key Responsibilities

• L/C draft checking, L/C advising and arranging necessary amendments.
• Giving professional trade finance advice for different trading business requirements
• Arrange confirmation to the L/C with advising banks, arrange financing afterwards (discounting from banks or internal financing with SEC)
• Checking documents prior presenting to banks
• Following up with documents status and back and forth communication with banks / operators with any different situations
• Assist with other teams with Funds allocation, Hedge, necessary payment settlements
• Data management at internal system (Titan/ Mercury etc)
• Working file management and any necessary reporting work to management
