• Operate and assist Finance Operations in respect of payments for life insurance and Treasury Operations
• Assist in SAP posting or ad hoc reporting for life insurance
• Adhere risk sensitive mindset and apply in process efficiency across
BAU activities

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate will participate and perform the following general support duties under Finance Operations:

• Prepare and support the day-to-day payment for life insurance, system interface reconciliation and IL policy admin system update
• Arrange daily bank fund transfer, support bank administration and cash flow forecast
• Assist in the automation and streamlines the processes
• Support ad hoc assignment such as (i) tax filing to IRD for agency force; (ii) ad hoc financial analysis for supporting management strategic decision
• Participate to enhance and implement risk management framework and policies
• You are required to obtain relevant licenses if your job involves in regulated activities
• Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University graduate majoring in Accounting or related disciplines
• Finalist of HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy bodies is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ work experience in accounting/auditing
• Work experience in insurance company is an advantage
• Strong risk awareness
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Problem solving
