Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of Finance Operations area in the Technological, Digital and Analytical way of working with the aim of learning practical knowledge of Finance Department, and understanding business area, the company and industry.

Job Description:

• Assist finance operation supervisor to ensure all entries posted to accounting system are properly recorded in accordance accounting policies/guideline
• Ensure all manual posting are supported by sufficient supporting documents
• Oversee general ledger record in day to day operation
• Perform general ledger account balance review on assigned account codes and ensure all balances are kept to date and be reconciled to appropriate supporting documents/listings
• Account payable: Handle on daily clearing an invoice from requester to GFS team to be processed and control until the payment released timely & correctly based on payment term & required action
• Assist in preparation of monthly & quarterly financial reports
• Assist in preparation monthly tax submission and deal with internal & external tax agents.
• Support bank account opening/closing processes
• Report cash movement and cash positions
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement:

• Education – Bachelor in Accounting/Finance or related fields  

• Skills – Proficiency in MS Excel 

• Interpersonal Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges
