On Account Receivable (Credit Control):

• Monitoring receivable aging and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
• Performing credit assessment to existing and new credit applications with the established guidelines
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all queries, both internal and external
• Issue monthly debtors' statements and subsequent demand letters preparing monthly management reports and ad hoc assignment

On Account Payable

• Responsible to complete month end closing, preparing schedules, financial reports, and analysis.
• Review daily cashflow forecast, follow up the invoice discrepancies with concerned departments and reconcile the intercompany balances.

Operational Excellence:

• Understand process input and output requirements and take continuous and pro-active steps to monitor and control them as appropriate to meet performance and customer requirements
• Ensure process documentation is updated, as appropriate, and ensure adherence to the defined process change control is followed.
• Participates in team meetings to review and execute work planned to help realize it’s stated objectives
