Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft procurement management guideline and submit it for management approval. Perform periodical amendment for the guideline in according to the requirements of group company.
- Conduct guidance and inspection on procurement activities
- Provide technical advice on setting up the list of approved suppliers and the list of procurement committee members. Conduct periodical inspection on approved suppliers and procurement committee.
- Collect procurement information and data, prepare periodical analysis reports to management.
- Perform procurement activities on behalf of user departments.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration/law/risk management
- 3 to 5 years working relevant experience
- Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
- Responsible ,well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded ,able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Chinese education background and working experience is preferred
