Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft procurement management guideline and submit it for management approval. Perform periodical amendment for the guideline in according to the requirements of group company.
  • Conduct guidance and inspection on procurement activities
  • Provide technical advice on setting up the list of approved suppliers and the list of procurement committee members. Conduct periodical inspection on approved suppliers and procurement committee.
  • Collect procurement information and data, prepare periodical analysis reports to management.
  • Perform procurement activities on behalf of user departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration/law/risk management
  • 3 to 5 years working relevant experience
  • Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
  • Responsible ,well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded ,able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Chinese education background and working experience is preferred
