Job Description
JOB Responsibilities Internal Title - Business Administration professional Business Title - Deputy Manager - Finance 1. Responsibility to ensure intime placement of Purchase Orders on various Vendors, co-ordination with PM, Finance & other stakeholders for ensuring in time delivery of Local bought outs (OEM) & Services. 2. Attending Kick off meeting to understand and ensure clarification from respective stakeholders on scope of work. Ensure sufficiency of Provisions and Documents to seamlessly execute P2P Activities. 3. Ensure placement of PO in line with contract requirement for the LBOs, Local services, Turnkey (if applicable) on Vendors and ensure approval of POs from respective stakeholders. 4. Responsibility to arrange deliveries of LBO's as per Revenue planning & aligning in line with Main equipment Deliveries by effective coordination with Vendors, Transporters and Internal stakeholders. Arrangement of Nexus DC & E-Waybill. Booking of GRN in Co-ordination with Warehouse team & ensure minimum / zero Webcycle creation. 5. Arrangement of cost-effective Transportation for LBO's Deliveries in co-ordination with PM Team to plan Unloading activities. Ensure validation of Transporters Bills with Rate contract & clear the Bills for payment. 6. LBO (s) Inventory planning & warehouse control by active coordination with PM, Sales & Regional / Central Ops team. To ensure optimum use of warehouse space. To implement effective system of concurrent reconciliation of floor to book & book to floor 7, PO placement for CME (Cardiology Medical Event) , Buyback, Dealer commission. Co-ordinating & accounting for Buyback, Demo & Scrapping (Elevate processes). Co-ordination & Reporting of Sales/Buyback equipment to respective state PNDT office. STO (s) for inter State Movement of LBO (s) / Demo units / Buyback / Factory units. 8. Monthly planning for LBO (Local bought outs of local accessories) procurement for long lead time & critical items (for preventive control) in coordination with internal stakeholders. 9. Monthly publication of Inventory liquidation plan & warehouse control by active coordination with PM, Sales & Regional / Central Ops team. This includes periodical Physical verification and ensuring accuracy of books & records for Statutory and Internal Audit purpose. 10. Ensure Data Hygiene Topics: UBC (Unbilled Cost), Open PO’s closure, due date changes, GR-IR & Webcycle Management, Aging of the line item should not be>60 days. 11. End to end control on Buyback, Demo & Scrapping. (From vendor code creation to IR booking, Including Elevate processes). Co-ordination & Reporting of Sales/Buyback equipment to respective state PNDT office. 12. Responsible for escalation management and issue resolution with cross functional stakeholders. 13. Ensure adherence with internal Guidelines, Policies / Regulatory and maintain a uniform process adherence across all the Regions. Education & other Qualification Graduate with MBA/M com (Finance/Operations) 5-10 years of experience in P2P/Accounts Payable Experience in healthcare will be an advantage Knowledge of SAP MM Module is mandatory ...Less Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
