About this opportunity

The person for this role will need to lead process improvement initiatives and/or small-medium projects through the disciplined use of well-known methodologies, measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Brings expertise to Identify what gaps need to be removed and then map out a plan of action providing suggestions and ideas that can help change the current state for the better (desired) situation. Provide solutions to problems and opportunities within the department area and cross - functional that help to achieve the business' goals in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. This role should collaborate with financial reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.

• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
• Learn new technologies and methodologies to develop the work
• Handle time management correctly to deliver a project or continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively within the team, organization and outside of it

In this role, you’ll need …

• A Bachelor Degree or may have a Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university
• Proficiency in English
• Be proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
• Software development SQL is desirable
• Continues Improvement & Project Management tools/methodologies knowledge is a plus
• Power BI Software knowledge is a plus
