Description

• Report to the Regional APAC Corporate Strategy Director

• Work independently and take a broad business perspective to implement the project management program for APAC

• Oversee the delivery of the APAC programs and milestones by leading a best in class PMO approach to efficiently administer the overall program execution, monitoring, tracing and governance

• Coordinate and govern the process of project work and own the process of review meetings with various project leads across various functions

• Work closely with the various project leads which make up the portfolio of projects managed by the Project Manager to optimize collaboration, resolve issues and tensions while escalating support required when necessary

• Work with the functions identified to fulfill the ambitions of the Asia Strategy such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Supply and Finance

Profile

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline

• Project Management Qualification or at least 6 years Project Management experience or proven experience working in large scale high impact projects

• Ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of associates, including senior management, to influence desired outcomes

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and working effectively with manager while managing competing projects and/or demanding clients

• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

• Strong conflict management and influencing without authority skills

• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skill
