In this role, you act as an Finance Business Partner to Head of Strategy: By doing that you are accountable for financial workstream of M&A-activities You coordinate, facilitate and document management workshops and management reporting, jointly with Head of Strategy Ensuring systematic follow-up of key initiatives/measures and audit findings, including regular reporting to management team is part of your task area Additionally, you support Head of Strategy in providing transparent and consistent market intelligence information and benchmarking activities In this role you are also responsible for Finance-related Business Excellence: You coordinate finance-related content of eMobility process house across all functions and ensure its compliance with corporate guidelines In addition, you analyze finance processes as well as methods and tools continuously. Furthermore, you identify and propose improvement measures/initiatives and secure its implementation, including regular reporting to management team You coordinate the implementation of measures/initiatives across all functions/departments of eMobility to achieve the targeted milestones and results while balancing the interests of all parties involved You represent SI E in finance-related global initiatives You administer signature mandates and workflow related approval levels In addition to your regular tasks, you play an important role in strategic and operative projects and assume special tasks as assigned by eMobility CEO/CFO You are an important partner and consultant of your peers in the Finance leadership team of eMobility and other support function heads, especially regarding major initiatives and process improvements. You are in regular contact and exchange with Smart Infrastructure functional departments What you need to make real what matters.
