Main responsibility

1.Offer Creation Investments

• Maximize Offer Creation investments profitability and Challenge Project objectives and project execution.
• Monitor, challenge and control the business objectives and finance assumptions on all Offer creations investments (New / Adaptation / Continuous Engineering...).
• Validate ROI calculation & sensitivity analysis to support Management decision. Finance Approver following R&D Chart of Authority.
• Lead risk analysis throughout the R&D project life and make financial decisions (capitalization / no capitalization and impairment / no impairment).
• Challenge all Business stakeholders to secure Business achievements and improve the ROI on launches.
• In case of major risks, identify the action levers with Management and influence the creation of a task force with commercial/engineering/Industrial leaders to avoid under-performance or impairment
• Build best practices and lessons learned with other Finance Community members, PMO, marketing and other stakeholders.

2. Offer competitiveness and profitable growth

• Improve offer competitiveness thus to achieve profitable growth
• Propose and monitor action levers to improve Sales and GM of hub.
• Provide financial support to analyze the competitiveness of existing offer vs similar offer and competitors’ offer

？ Cost competitiveness trend through close monitoring of CSC evolution on start products.

3. Costs Management and Costs efficiency

• Hub Cash-out analysis and actions to focus on cost-management and efficiency actions.
• Monitor, challenge and Control Lob CashOut Actuals, Forecast and Target. Responsible of the control of actual spent on project vs budget and its variance explanation. Responsible of the quality of the forecast.
• Challenge CashOut productivity and costs reduction. Responsible of Hub resources efficiency.

4. Internal control compliance and correct accounts close

• Provides the true financial picture of the Hub
• Put the internal control in place and make the process compliant with BU/Group rules.
• Responsible for a correct monthly accounts closing of LoB and projects data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with external audit requirement
• Provide financial support on technical risk and other legal issues

Experience / profile requested

Strong background in financial controlling, with Front Office or Business experience; ideally with strong projects, marketing and strategy experience.
