职位描述

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

主 要 职 责

Contribute to local Finance Transformation project and initiatives 40% 8.8 days

  • Contribute to the implementation of RTR related Finance Transformation programs, including Global initiated and local initiated ones, such as analyzing gap difference, gathering fundamental finance report data and update mappings for various reports
  • Help to communicate with cross functional team on RTR related changes and subsequent query follow up

Policy documentation & communication, which is included as one critical local FT project

  • Update RTR related policies in finance library
  • Periodical summarize RTR related policy Q&As and provide timely feedback
  • Coordinate and assistant related training sessions if any

GCO FA management

  • Follow up with FA write off process;
  • Follow up with CNB & IS &Facility for FA compensation, ensure there is no long aging FA compensation items on Bank recon.
  • Follow up approval process for FA retirement timely and completely.
  • Submit the Newgen request for FA retirement and check monthly FA retirement report from GFP. ・
  • Check RTR requests for FA master data maintenance and change. Ensure the FA master data in SAP is accurate.
  • Provide the accurate information from GL perspective. ・
  • Cooperate with Adm. IS, and all branches for FA management. ・
  • Coordinate FA physical count for IS and Facility to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Summarize the annual FA physical count result in Q4.
  • Review monthly GCO investment follow up report ・
  • Prepare for all supporting documents for yearly FA audit and provide explanation and analysis for the questions

Other RTR related routine work

  • Calculate and initiate AZC intra-company charges according to present business rule, such as two-invoice service fee charges and extract open contribution reports etc ・
  • Coordinate and facilitate admin aspects of PwC audit work, including logistic arrangements, confirmations follow up etc

Job requirements 工 作 要 求

Academic / Professional qualification 学 历 / 专 业 资 格

BA degree, finance and accounting or economics major.


Technical / skills training 技 术 / 技 能 训 练


Strong communication and presentation skills


Excellent learning abilities and willingness


Self-motivated and good organizing skills


Fluent English in written and oral


Strong skills in Excel, word etc and past working experience in GL, FA modules is a plus.


Familiar with SAP is preferred


Working experience

  • Minimal 5-year working experience in Multinational Company or similar industry, as well as familiar with GL and FA modules accounting treatment are preferred.


Language ability 语 言 能 力

Fluent spoken/ written English

Computer literacy 电 脑 知 识

  • Strong Microsoft Office operation skills, especially Excel skills.
  • Familiar with SAP operation.
