Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for financial transactions and booking information according to EATON Financial Policy requirements, for all ledgers at Haina Campus, as well as manage all share service requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for monthly financial closings for all ledger at Haina Campus and insure the proper and timely reporting information including Haina Arrow file. Responsible for cash management wire transfer to our payroll & payable accounts and cash forecast. Ensure that petty cash is audited on periodic basis and maintain as per financial policy. Responsible for fixed assets accounts to include maintenance of records ensures that CIP is capitalized on periodically base as well as coordinate all activities related to Haina Campus property. Provide to the accounting department personnel guidance / insturctions for problem solving. Responsible for preparing/review all account analysis for all cost centers in the Haina Campus. Develop and evaluate accounting task to see where we can improve and establish total quality measure. Responsible for providing information for DR statutory requirements. Assist in the preparation of Financial Plan for all cost center ledgers in the Haina Campus each year. Assist in the preparation of audit schedule or year-end package for all ledgers within Haina Campus. Responsible for the forecasting of all Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Supplemental data for all cost centers ledgers at Haina Campus. Responsible for the “Walk on the dock” for all ledgers at Haina Campus. Perform specific functions to this position describe at the Quality Manual. Prepare and track on monthly basis the following reports: Productivity, Poles / worked hours, Overtime by departments, AER hourly / salary. Responsible for the quarterly compensation report – Average Earn rate (AER). Responsible for the development training as required by the position. MESH Responsibilities: Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator. Assist to all EHS training assigned. Promote all MESH. Process and Policies to all the employees in MCB Haina Plant, and ensure that they are being performed at the plant. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s degree on Accounting (CPA), Business administration, Industrial Engineering. MBA is preferable. Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position. Full Bilingual (English/Spanish) Knowledge in labor matters, income tax and social security law.
