Finance and Accounting Manager- Securities Brokerage Co

Job responsibilities

• Report to the CFO, undertake operational planning initiatives working closely with the other senior managers in developing the budgets and cash flows to support strategic goals
• Responsible for the overall accounting operational planning initiatives
• Working closely with the other departments in managing and reviewing firm-wide budgets and cash flows to support strategic goals
• Prepare and review SFC ,FRR reporting and monitor the liquid capital
• Prepare financial reporting and management reporting
• Prepare firm-wide annual budgets and forecasts
• Review and develop firm-wide internal controls for both financial and operational aspects
• Provide professional financial and tax planning advice to top management
• Review and perform the analytical and regulatory reports to top management and regulators
• Provide advice to top management in relation to business finance with strategic planning

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Securities brokerage firm/Securities House, Invesment Banking
• Knowledge in FRR regulatory reporting is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills in English , Cantonese and Mandarin
