These are your detailed responsibilities: • Analysis of variances and key cost drivers (Actuals vs. Forecast vs. BGT) • Preparing slides, bridges for purpose of a monthly calls • Support of monthly closing with continuous analysis of entries and comparison to forecast-data. • Building monthly ledger file with comments, linking to billing validation files. • Accounting entries requests based on requests / own analyses (corrections, reclasses, allocations) • Preparing supporting files for accruals requests + tracking of accruals. • Analyses of billing lag by tower / cost type / vendor • Approval of invoices in LSUMP, IO (daily) • Regular communication with HR, Expense team regarding variances, issues • Ad-hoc requests – cost reclass, CC change etc. Organization You will be reporting to Senior FP&A Manager. #### Position Requirements: What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements: Previous experience in supporting business planning (Business plans, Budget, Forecast, Financial Models, etc.) Advanced skills on MS Excel is a must, and preferably MS Power BI.
