Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Senior Management and CFO, oversees accounting, administration, internal control policies and procedures and HR functions.
  • Reviews processes, systems and operation to identify key business risks.
  • Prepares accounting and HR operation procedures and manuals.
  • Provides professional supports in the areas of financial analysis, budget planning, HR, compliance, internal control, system and process improvement.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Professional qualification with member of CPA or equivalent designations is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years related experience, with at least 4 years at managerial level.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, highly independent, able to deliver on target, flexible in work and work under pressure.
  • Effective teamwork, interpersonal and influencing skills essential.
