Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Senior Management and CFO, oversees accounting, administration, internal control policies and procedures and HR functions.
- Reviews processes, systems and operation to identify key business risks.
- Prepares accounting and HR operation procedures and manuals.
- Provides professional supports in the areas of financial analysis, budget planning, HR, compliance, internal control, system and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Professional qualification with member of CPA or equivalent designations is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years related experience, with at least 4 years at managerial level.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, highly independent, able to deliver on target, flexible in work and work under pressure.
- Effective teamwork, interpersonal and influencing skills essential.
