Finance and FP&A Associate

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support the delivery of the day to day FP&A activities for your assigned regions (e.g. South Europe). You are responsible for supporting Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management and reporting tasks.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Supporting business planning and decision making through financial analysis.
• Supporting the preparation of the budget, quarterly forecasts, and the long-range plan by collecting and consolidating the OPEX data from all business partners.
• Ensuring that actual data in SAP and various reporting systems is accurate.
• Supporting Year-End and Quarter-End end close.
• Performing control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment).
• Supporting the timely production of monthly forecasts of sales trends in coordination with business analysts.
• Adapting, supporting, and contributing to the growth and the affiliates and ACCP.

Required experience and skills:

• University Degree, preferably in business or a finance related subject.
• 2+ years working in a finance related field ideally Finance Planning and Analysis.
• Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.

Preferred Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and ANAPLAN as a plus).
• Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
• Clearly explains processes and procedures.
• Fluency in multiple European languages.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP.
