Abbott Israel ANI is looking for a Finance and Logistics Specialist.
The main responsibility of this position is to coordinate all financials reconciliations and controls and logistic activities of Consignment operation.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage warehouse (3PL) daily activity: inventory levels, safety stock settings, Returns, destructions, Embellishment processes, periodical stock counts including reports and performances analysis
• Monthly close process - sales and inventory reconciliation and sales accruals
• Consignment financial internal controls
• Customer master file - ongoing communication with distributor on setting new customers in distributor system. Checking customer financial scoring. DSO & Credit limit recommendation. Order release when exceeding credit limits
• Customer pricing – ongoing communication with distributor on price changes/new prices. Daily/monthly monitoring of customers price lists accuracy in distributor system (price control)
• Customers bonuses/price differences calculations
• Sales returns reconciliation versus returns approvals
• Financial reconciliations with distributors and custom broker

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Academic degree in Economics or Accounting – preferable CPA
• Financial background
• At least 1-2 years of similar experience
• Team Player
• Detailed oriented
• Willingness for extensive work
• Experienced in working in or with global corporation – an advantage Multi-Tasking and ability to work with number of disciplines in parallel
• Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel
• High English proficiency
