Job Responsibilities:

• Establishment and improvement of the company's financial management system, the development of financial accounting system and financial monitoring system, effective internal control;

• Grasp the company's financial situation, operating results and capital changes, regular reporting to the general manager of the operating results and financial data;

• Participate in the company's business work analysis and decision-making, to provide financial professional support;
• The development of the company's capital operation plan, supervision of fund management reports and pre-and final accounts;
• Review and sign the company's budget, financial income and expenditure plan, cost plan, financial report, accounting statement, and sign the major business plan, economic contract, economic agreement, etc., which are related to the financial income and expenditure;
• Coordinate the company's relations with banking, industry and commerce, tax and other government departments, and safeguard the interests of the company.

Requirements for employment:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/accounting/Finance/Economics/auditing, with CPA or listing planning experience is preferred;
• At least five years working experience in finance director/Finance supervisor position, with four major accounting firm working experience is preferred;

• Good at financial planning, analysis, decision-making, proficient in investment, financing management and capital operation Management, strong sense of risk control.
• Familiar with tax law policy, Operation analysis, cost control and costing.
• Excellent communication skill on both oral and written, both in Chinese and English.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good mediation and negotiation skills.

岗位职责：

• 建立和完善公司的财务管理制度，制订财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
• 熟练掌握CHINA GAPP、IASB、FASB会计准则及实务应用；
• 掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况，定期向总经理和董事会汇报运营结果和财务数据；
  3、参与公司经营工作的分析和决策，提供财务专业支持；
• 制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算；
• 审核签署公司预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、财务报告、会计决算报表，会签涉及财务收支的重大业务计划、经济合同、经济协议等；
• 协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益。

任职要求：

• 财务/会计/金融/经济/审计等相关专业本科以上学历，拥有ACCA、CFA、CPA和海外上市筹划经验者优先；五年以上财务总监/财务负责人岗位的工作经验，有四大会计师事务所、跨国企业财务管理、大型跨国医药企业投融资/收购兼并工作经验者优先；擅长财务规划、分析、决策，精通投、融资管理和资本营运管理，较强的风险控制意识。
• 熟悉税法政策、营运分析、成本控制及成本核算。
• 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
• 良好的调解和谈判技巧。
