Objective:
•            Lead, support and coordinate strategic projects with a focus on digital projects from the finance stand point of view until implemented, by coordinating, designing, executing and communicating with different departments and collaborative teams.
•            Ensure the assertive and opportune communication of the projects so the management can make better and faster decisions.
•            Responsible for functional and process requirements for projects, enhancements and support in the Finance and Controlling department.
•            Overall understanding of Project Controlling methods and processes, with the scope of being able to interact with all levels of management both business and IT to gain an understanding of actual project cost and projected cost through the project life cycle.
•            Serve as a main point of contact regarding finance strategic projects with multiple touch points as the local, regional and global PMO offices.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and support the whole execution cycle (initiation, planning, execution, close and monitoring) of the finance-related strategic projects.
2. Develop plans and time estimates; track progress to plans; communicate issues and risks to manager on a timely basis. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management.
3. Leads workshops and big picture exercises to ensure that a full strategic view is consider in project in accordance with business vision.
4. Prepare business communications including project updates, presentations and other items for F&C and global counterparts, and others as requested. Interface with business, vendors, brand partners and other departments. Ensuring the visibility of the current projects or delivery status.
5. Continuously identify areas of improvements and opportunities to best practices into daily team activities. Identification and timely elimination of blockages, obstructions, conflicts and tensions.

Profile:
1.       Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
MBA or similar Master’s degree beneficial
 
2.       Languages:
English -   90%
German beneficial
 
3.       Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in controlling, accounting, risk, business administration or consulting.
International experience beneficial.
Financial Services experience beneficial.
 
4.       Knowledge:
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point, Language Programming.
IFRS knowledge
Good communication (verbal and written) skills, both with management and with other departments.
