The incumbent will be responsible for finance, accounting, reporting and compliance activities of the assigned entities. He/she will manage all day-to-day finance operations and will report into the Financial Controller. This role will ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions. He/she is to work closely to support and interface with business line managers for better business operations. 

In addition to these duties the post holder may be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required, from time to time, to achieve the above job purpose. 

• Manage full set of accounts
• Perform month end closing, financial and management reporting analysis
• Assist with financial budgeting and forecasting 
• Responsible for invoicing, vendors and expense reports payment processing and intercompany transactions.
• Credit control and collections 
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Payroll and MPF calculation
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate audit process
• Liaise with tax agents on tax compliance and corporate income tax filing
• Liaise with corporate secretaries and bankers
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness of reporting and filing
• Assist to undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA or equivalent, with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with the latest accounting and tax regulations with audit experience;
• Project accounting experience will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS office application and accounting software
• Good team player with strong communication skills, dynamic and independent.
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
• Strong oral and written English is a must
• Fluency in mandarin will be considered as an advantage
