Key Responsibilities

• In charge of segment business (Service and parts) forecast and analysis
• Business partnering with field operation
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of quarterly management review/closing
• Ad-hoc analysis and reports to provide data-driven findings to support decision-making
• Data mining and financial modeling to assist finance/non-finance management
• Participate in projects based finance improvement
• Conducts analysis on standard variance activity from recurring transactions
• Support for consolidation and reporting related to financial close, QBR, AOP/Commit
• Performs required activities and analysis to complete close, flash or commit with oversight on recurring tasks
• Support management  in completing ad hoc reports and providing basic explanations on standard analysis 
• Supports the development of  top level models for use in sizing operations or business activity in support of strategic discussions
• Supports local/regional reporting requirements for internal / external use

Requirements

• Total 3-5 years of finance experience
• Planning/budgeting/forecast experience in multi-national company preferred
• Good understanding of accounting theory and business processes
• Familiarity with computerized environment is essential
• SAP, BPC experience
• Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL is a plus
• Good communication skills
• CPA/AICPA preferred
